Your product is shipped to your location.
In case your address is located at a remote place that is not served by our delivery partners, the our team will contact you and find an alternative solution to make your order reach you.
B) What is the estimated delivery time?
We strive to ship the products within 7 working days, however, in a current COVID scenario, few order shipments might take longer than usual. Since all the products are made-to-order, in few cases there might be some delays due to dependencies at various levels. Furthermore, we diligently ship orders throughout the week including weekends and public holidays.
Please Note- During festivals, adverse weather conditions or political crisis, your shipment may get further delayed due to dependency on courier companies. We ensure you that we will try our best to have the product delivered to you at the best time and we truly appreciate your patience.

Yes, you sure can! Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email from Jaysole with the tracking ID of the respective courier partner. You can simply click TRACK ORDER and enter your order number or full AWB to check where your order has reached or how long will it take to get delivered.

Yes. We provide shipping all over India as our Jaysole Tribe is growing by leaps and bounds with time.
B) What are the locations where you ship your products?
Jaysole ships throughout India so you can receive your order in any corner of the country from the comfort of your home.
C) What are the different shipping options you provide?
We provide standard shipping as well as express shipping options. You can choose the ideal shipping option from the checkout page while placing your order.
D) Are there any shipping charges?
Shipping is Free for all Prepaid orders. However, we charge a nominal shipping fee of INR 180 for COD across India which will be added to the payment page before completing the purchase.
E) How is express shipping different from standard shipping?
If you choose the express shipping option, you will get your order delivered within 2 days at an additional cost of INR 300 - (Currently disabled due to high orders).
F) Do you provide Cash on the Delivery method?
Yes, we do. You can pay in cash for your order when the product reaches your home.
G) Are there any charges for Cash on Delivery (COD)?
If you choose the COD option, you pay INR 180 as delivery charges. This amount includes shipping charges as well.
H) How are orders packaged?
We go the extra mile to make sure you receive your order in top-notch condition. Each item is wrapped in sturdy packaging to avoid physical damage. So far, Jaysole has received minimal complaints about damaged items due to packaging.
I) Can I modify the shipping address of my order after it has been placed?
Yes, you can change the shipping address before we have processed (shipped) your order, by contacting our customer support team at +91 9001-888987.
In case, your product is already shipped and you wish to change the address, we will have to reship your order again to a different address for which we will charge you INR 150.
Jaysole provides international shipments and most of the shipments take place with FedEx, DHL & Aramex. We gladly offer our customers lucrative shipping for all international orders.
Taxes and duties are calculated according to your shipping destination and are borne by the customer. As the recipient, you are liable for all applicable import duties, customs and local sales taxes(If any) levied by the country we are shipping to; payment of these is necessary to release your order from customs on arrival.
Exchanges and returns are not applicable on international orders.
