Order no. 1707 has not been delivered yet ! I have tried sending you email which bounced back plus tried to reach your support on website no answer. No answer on social media. I need my money back!

The mules are beautiful but your customer care service is miserable. No one bothers to reply to mails or revert back., It took more that 40 days to deliver the package and I was not given its status before it was delivered. Otherwise the product is beautiful

Followed up twice on email on Dec 15th and Dec 24th, no response
Called several times to get order status
Order finally delivered on 4th Jan, without any heads up.. I wasn't home to receive it.

In my order of 2 pairs of juttis placed at the end of July, one pair arrived twice in damaged condition and the second finally got to me after 2 months. As Customer Service was very unresponsive, with many promises made but not kept, I requested to also cancel this order and give a full refund. Until now - 2.5! months after the order was placed - the matter has not been resolved and the refund not received.
Sadly, my much expected pair of juttis which look fabulous on the website and Facebook posting were damaged when received. Organizing the return and getting a refund has been a nightmare as customer service was very unresponsive. When the replacement pair finally arrived it was also damaged. Until now - 2.5! months after the order was placed - the matter has not been resolved and the refund not received.
I have a very small and thin foot..footlength measuring between 25.5 -25.8 fits me well..please consider my request and include these sizes also
