CANCELLATION, RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

We are always with you, before and after your purchase. As an additional measure, please read through the following terms & conditions before making a purchase.
DOMESTIC CUSTOMERS
EXCHANGE BY DOMESTIC CUSTOMER
Size Exchange: If the customer experiences any size issue with the product delivered then he/she needs to mail us at SUPPORT@JAYSOLE.COM within 24 hours from the date of delivery of the parcel. Reverse pick up charges are to be borne by the customer that is Rs 300.
Please Note: Reverse pick-up might not be available on a few pin-codes. In this case, the customer is requested to send the product back with the customer name and mobile on it. Exchange is allowed on size concerns only. The exchange will not be issued on product exchange. All purchases made on offers and discounts are non-exchangeable.
Return: We humbly do not accept returns on items sold once.
Damaged/Wrong Delivery: If it is a damaged/defective product, incorrect item sent, such cases are to be informed us within 24 hours of delivery. We will replace the product with the next fastest possible courier facility. However, when a product is shipped from our warehouse it undergoes three layers of rigorous quality check and we record the process for your reference as
well. Still, if there is an issue with the product we would resolve it for you.
When Exchange is not accepted?
1. Exchange not accepted due to colour Difference. 10 % Colour difference might be there due to screen resolution and lights.
2. Exchange are not accepted if the Customer does not like the material or colour of the product order. As we use best quality material in the market and all product details are mentioned in the Product description. We would suggest you please read all the details before placing the order.
3. Validity of Credit vouchers issued for exchange will be of 30 days.
CANCELLATIONS BY INDIAN CUSTOMER
If you wish to cancel any order, kindly do it within 24 hours of placing the order by contacting us at support@jaysole.com. The refund related to the same will be initiated after deducting the payment gateway charges (2.5%). Refunds will take at-least 5-7 working days.
INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS
In case, If your product arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, you must email us at support@jaysole.com along with a photo of the damaged product. The mail should be sent within 24 hours of delivery of damaged items in your shipment. In such cases, we offer a resolution.
All Custom Duties levied on the products will be borne by the customer.
We do not offer exchanges for international shipments, in case customer is fine bearing the shipping charges (to - and - fro) an exchange can be offered. Any other questions or clarifications, please contact us at Support@jaysole.com
CANCELLATIONS BY INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMER
If unfortunately, you wish to cancel an order, kindly do so within 24 hours of placing the order by contacting us at Support@jaysole.com. If you cancel your order within 24 hours, we will refund the amount to the card used for making the payment. Such refund will be initiated after deducting the payment gateway charges (3.5%)
